I believe all parts are true of oneself, and sometimes we can get stuck on valuing one part more then the other when it is really the experience that makes life what it is.
We get to hone our own understanding of self and deepen our expression of our creativity in this world through self discovery.
Accessing our curious mind can allow a person to move through life with more ease and flow.

My personal therapy and coaching style is rooted in self empowerment and self acceptance.
Together we can create the safety to feel deeply and awaken more courage to just be. To do this, sticking to one's own internal compass is huge and is always challenged by the outside world, however our soul blueprint is the very reason why we are here and this blueprint is so unique to us. Strengthening our internal guidance system connection with our conscious awareness is key.
Accessing joy as a state of being on the self discovery road is something I have always appreciated tapping into with my clients and myself through doing this work :)
